Autocreate INBOX patch for cyrus-imapd-2.2 cvs version

This is the port of the autocreate inbox patch by the University of Athens
to the Cyrus 2.x version.

This version patches against the cvs snapshot taken on May, 19 2003
and is the initial release of a series of changes to cyrus 2.2, to 
implement the autocreate inbox feature.

Porting the patch to 2.2 from 2.1.x the following changes

1. Port the code that reads the configurations options (done)
2. Follow some changes on critical functions such as authisa(), auth_newstate() etc. (done)
3. Implementing the virtual domains service. (under development)
4. Keep the patch MURDER "compliant". (TODO)

This version of the patch does not support neither virtual domains, nor murder
and is only for experimental use.
